My name is Jeff Caylor. I’m a singer-songwriter as well as a 10-year survivor of the corporate world. I don’t have an MBA, but I’ve done pretty well for myself by letting my creativity make up for my lack of formal training. I’ve also pushed myself professionally by taking chances and moving forward when there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to go.

I believe that most of us cruise through our careers without a plan to set ourselves apart. We like to let our resumes speak for themselves, but there’s no contingency when someone else has a resume with similar experience. As humans, we have lots that set us apart. I want this site to help you take advantage of that often intangible, creative element.
